Can I change the billing address for my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to edit the billing address once an order has been placed. If you need to make a change to the address, you must email us at suvitiskincare@gmail.com immediately so we can make the changes before the item is shipped. As long as your shipping address is correct, you will be able to receive your order. Unfortunately we are unable to change your shipping address from a domestic US address to an International address

Can I modify my order after I’ve placed it?

Yes! If you have placed an order, we can make modifications as long as you contact our support team immediately at suvitiskincare@gmail.com so we can make the changes to your order. Alternatively, you can contact the shipping courier and make changes to the address as well. Unfortunately we cannot modify orders once they have been shipped. 

What if I have received the wrong item?

We’re so sorry for the mix up with your order! Please email our team at  suvitiskincare@gmail.com with your order number, a picture of the incorrect items you received, and a picture of the packing slip with the stamped initial visible. Please note that all order issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

Sometimes tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days after the notification, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime.

How do I track the delivery of my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to follow your package’s journey to you.
